REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 18, 2022

  1. Refund Policy Applicability: Cove Coolout Restaurant and Bar Limited (referred to herein as “The Cove”) grants you permission to access its website in accordance with this Refund Policy (referred to herein as “Policy”). This Policy shall apply to any order placed online.
  2. This Policy shall be read in accordance with The Cove’s Terms & Conditions.
  3. This Policy shall govern any order placed through The Cove’s website, through any method of ordering available at the time.
  4.  Any customer who receives an incorrect or damaged order may contact The Cove and request:
    1. The correct order be completed; or
    2. A refund in the amount or value of the order placed.
  5. A customer must contact The Cove during its hours of operation and (ii) within 24 hours of the order being placed to complete the action at (4) above.
  6. The Cove may issue a cash refund only where the method of payment in the first instance was made in cash. The Cove only accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards and any relevant refund can only be processed through a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
  7. Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to complete. If a customer has not received their refund within this time, they should make contact with The Cove.
